It was taking a little bit longer but when I sent a chat they always responded to give me the status . It normally says 3 days which I believe it worked for some people it took 5 days for me. In total it was 74 dollars for the background check and the unlocking.
I have been fighting to get my phone unlocked for 4 months with AT&T due to a system error on their end. The finally gave up and told me to try somewhere locally. My local shop also didn't have any luck but told me to go check out Direct Unlocks. Took them a bit of extra time but they DID IT. Phone unlocked with one simple code and I couldn't be happier! I'd give 6 stars if I could!
Do not give your money to this company they claim to have a refund policy but all they will do is give you a credit to use on their site why would you want to use a credit for a service that doesn't work the first time dumb do not use this service you will regret it.
