I'm a Discord subscriber for 3 years and I have 2 accounts currently suspended — one is my main account, and the second one was suspended as well after I logged in just to inform my community and friends.I've been trying to contact Discord for the past 4 days, urgently asking for help, because I rely on Discord to publish content for my YouTube channel and to communicate with my clients and work partners.All the support tickets I've submitted have only received automated bot replies. One of them even asked me for my documents, which I submitted, but 4 days have already passed and I still haven't received a human response.I have an active annual Nitro subscription, and my renewal date is April 21st. If Discord doesn't resolve this system error that led to my ban, I risk losing my 3-year loyalty badge, and my goal of reaching the 6-year badge will also be affected.I need help. My ticket number is 54333773.I just want my accounts back so I can return to my routine, my work, and my videos on my channel. overcomplicated for just chats!!!To sign up and login to community I needed to prove that I am human 5 times, they don't care about my time and think is good use of my time to tell them what is there in an image.... like if a bot could not do it even better than me.I can not believe companies use their service... probably companies that are not very transparent neither
Discord Locked Me Out and Destroyed My Community.Body: I am a loyal discord user who poured years into building a community on Discord. They locked me out of my account without a single legitimate reason, and now EVERYTHING I built is gone. I begged Discord’s support to help me, but all I got was robotic, copy-pasted replies. No one cared. No one took my case seriously. This isn’t just an account. This is my life’s work, my friends, my fans, my projects. And they took it all, without even a hint of humanity. I even created a google document where it includes full extra details, and full ownership, i sent the google document to discord many times, but they didnt even bother to read it. I will make sure people know what you did to me. I won’t stop until you are held accountable.
Account was hacked, I was messaged to pay 20 dollars to get it back. I reported it and the only way to contact them was by mail that their bot replies to.. in the meantime I get a bunch of mails saying that I have breached the tos... the bot does not understand that I don't have access to the account and tells me to log in to see why or how I breached the tos. I still get mails that I breach the tos
Do not use a VPN on Discord! They will limit your account for 48 hours claiming that someone hacked into your account or stole your token.
