The team at Divan Factory Outlet have been brilliant from start to finish! The products supplied were exactly as described and delivered in perfect condition by a great team. Despite the issues I had in completing the purchase of my property DFO have been patient, pragmatic and highly professional. I would not hesitate to either recommend them or use them again. Great team and even greater value for money.
Ordered a bed with integrated headboard plus a separate headboard for a bed we already had. They phoned to check the order thinking we may have ordered the separate headboard without realising the bed had one. That was good that they checked.Then they delivered without the integrated headboard. Quite difficult to get through to them but eventually sent the headboard but it was not the one we ordered.It turns out the website picture didn’t match the written details of the order so the second headboard was correct for the order but not what we expected. They very kindly offered to upgrade free of charge and the headboard we had been expecting finally arrived. The price and quality of the products are great but they need to improve on their communication. The phone rings out with no answer and text and emails are not always answered or answered after a long delay leaving you feeling very frustrated. The mark of good customer service is how you handle problems. They eventually resolved everything to my complete satisfaction but it was painful getting there.
