I had such a great experience with this bed company. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The team not only delivered the bed on time but also took the extra step of helping move it into the house and setting it up exactly where I wanted it. They worked quickly and efficiently, all while being polite and cheerful, which made the whole process stress-free. We have had the bed for a week now and it has been a wonderful week’s sleep! The divan base is sturdy and well thought out, and the mattress is summer on one side and for winter on the other. The drivers had problems taking the mattress upstairs due to the size of the mattress, but they succeeded in the end. The reason why they are getting 4 stars, is down to the communication, there was no communication whatsoever. My mobile number and email was provided and not used, I sent emails that were not replied to, this is the only downside, because the bed is lovely.

The delivery was just two days later, and I couldn’t ask for anything better.The team was incredibly helpful, taking care of everything from removing my old bed and mattress to setting up my new one. Even though the headboard (which has glass) was slightly damaged during transit, Divan Factory was so responsive that they sent me a brand-new one right away.And let me tell you about the delivery team! They were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and friendly, even though it was late in the evening. They had nothing but good things to say and even had smiles on their faces.I’ve heard some people say that there have been contact issues, but I haven’t had that experience at all. They’ve responded to every message or call I’ve made.I would highly recommend ordering from here. You won’t be disappointed!
I ordered two Chelsea Upholstered beds in leather cream and was very pleased with the overall experience. There were a few imperfections on the beds due to delivery, but customer service was excellent in resolving the issue and providing replacement parts. They were very helpful, quick to respond, and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. Despite the minor issue, I’m really happy with both the beds and the service I received.
I did not have a very good experience with the order and quality of the bed as show in the website. The beds are made in the UK yes but the workmanship was a bit substandard. The Hinges of the Ottoman storage under the bed seized and broke through the board on Day1. It took over 2 weeks to get a replacement. When it came the Cover for the second double bed piece did not even match the first one. Best part of the bed was the Large headboard but the customer service is very poor, they over committed and under delivered. Could not get me a refund and insisted to fix the issue.
