Paul at Liverpool office gave us a lift to airport and staff there were friendly and helpful with their advice etc. A bit disappointed with large deposit required against the hire when collecting the car from Heathrow hopefully it will be credited back soon no other issues, thanks.
Car different I wanted to try out a fiat 500 but ended up with an MG damaged in several places and with a curly drivers floor mat part stuck down but which feels weird when driving underfoot. Then When I tented out hey told me the one existing insurance was not adequate and gave me the hard sell with more insurance I can not recommend.
Took car back to Drivilia Oxford location closed down then got second location 27/5/25 but alas no one there. Had to leave car in a car park(didn’t know if it was the right one). Mission to find out if they had the car.(Booking.Com Finally got response on 4/6/25 car ok and deposit £1500 A$3000 has been released). Now 14/6/25 no deposit returned. This company is to hard to deal with. Never again. Standard reply from the company went to manage my booking as instructed and reply as expected can’t seem to find this booking. Got onto Booking.Com and now informed that deposit return takes 28 business days. Not a bad little rort have MY £1500 for over two months including hire of vehicle time. My booking no is 716117427 just give me my holding deposit it’s been 3weeks not that hard.
Queued for several hours to collect my vehicle - which had no fuel in the tank when I eventually picked it up. Had to wait for 1 hr for courtesy bus back to the airport. Seemed chaotic and understaffed. Very disappointing experience & added a lot of stress to my short holiday.
If you want to ruin your holidays this is your car renthal company! Be careful: surprisingly if you are more than 1 hour late to pick up your car price can change and multiply several times the original price.. unbelievable!!. Hidden costs everywhere, bad service and disastrous customer service.Stay away as much as you can from this company
A shambolic company. Avoid at all cost. From the moment you turn up at this waste land of a site, it's problematic.1. They require two forms of photographic and proof of address, unusual in car hire as one is the norm.2.bully you into thier insurance scam.3.car was not ready after the check in fiasco. Then informed we had to take an electric car when booked a petrol car. 4. Car was not valet. Excrement on passenger carpet mat. Inside and outside in a terrible state to give to customers. Very unprofessional.5. Gentleman asked about how to charge car with electricity, he had no clue was totally vague, or not interested. 6.will pass the buck blaming third parties, the fault is at there poor customer service. Do not use this company. It's a scam. Totally unprofessional and no customer service at all. It will only give you problems.
