If I could give lrss than a star I would. People should avoid this company as much as they can. They told me I would get the petrol tank full and would have to give back full. I got empty and just realized a while after but they took a picture of the panel and I have the proof , I gae the car back with full tank. Called the company but the customer service they have is completely horrible they were very rude event hough I was being very polite.
Sharp practice and useless customer service!I booked and paid online a week before l picked up the car only to get to their office and they told me my booking was no longer on the system as l they said l arrived late. I then had to paid over £500 more for another booking. I requested a refund and despite writing their customer service several times l was told that it was included in their terms and conditions, well my booking online had no terms and conditions sent to me by email. What they did was unconscionable as they had given the car to another customer and then told me my booking was no longer on the system. This is unacceptable and not something that happens with other rental companies at the Airport. Also they opened their office about 20 minutes late when l dropped off the vehicle last week Sunday by the logic of their absurd and irrational terms & conditions do l get compensated for the inconvenience.I strongly advise others to desist from using their services.
I recently booked a car rental with Drivalia through Trip.com, paid in full, and received confirmation. However, when I arrived at the branch, I was told the car had already been given to someone else—even though the booking was confirmed and fully paid. Drivalia refused to offer a reasonable upgrade or alternative solution, and instead demanded me to make a completely new booking at full price without any reduction or payment offset. This is not just poor service—it’s unethical and exploitative.Drivalia’s handling of the situation was unacceptable. They showed no flexibility, no customer care, and no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Their refusal to honor a confirmed booking and their demand for a second full payment is a clear sign of predatory business behavior.I strongly advise travelers to avoid Drivalia if you value reliability, fairness, and basic customer service. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss, and I will be escalating the matter to consumer protection agencies and media outlets to ensure others are warned.
