Great service !

I have been using drivalia regularly now for a few weeks and the service has been fantastic.Cars are modern, clean and in good condition.Pick up and drop of process is quick and easy.Shout out to Yamna at the Stansted Airport branch who has been very friendly and helpful.Would highly recommend Drivalia

You need to wait at least 1-2hours for…

You need to wait at least 1-2hours for car hire in Edinburgh so if you plan to go on a tour leave yourself time. I received a false vehicle report a week later claiming not enough fuel Take photos of everything so you’re not caught out like I was.

So friendly , so helpful and a great price

I had a wonderful experience with this company in Newcastle upon Tyne. I had a really big problem with another car company and I could not get a car. I booked one straight away with Drivalia and when to collect it. I arrived within 30 minutes of my booking. The manager was so nice and could not have been more helpful. I was driving away with my hire car in less than 10 minutes. They were really friendly, efficient and explained everything, they even offered to drop the car off for me if I ever needed it in the future. Well done Drivalia, maybe other companies should take a leaf out of your book

DO NOT book a rental car with this…

DO NOT book a rental car with this company. They try to add on extras through additional insurance (if paid on someone else credit card i.e work/partner). If you are daft enough to still go with them- take copious amounts of videos and photos of the car. I’d be amazed if their branch managers weren’t on some kind of financial incentive for ‘extras’ and stitching’ people up. I was left in the middle of an industrial site in Liverpool. I also used Manchester and it was a similar experience. I booked Liverpool so I could see whether this was company practice - and it certainly looks that way. Drivalia is giving a bad name to partners such as Booking.com and RyanAir. Absolutely avoid. You’ve been warned!

Avoid the Scamsters

You could not choose a worst company than these guys. They are crooks.We booked a car from the Heathrow centre and had called the company that we will be running late and the person we spoke to said it would be fine as they were open till midnight. When we arrived there we were told that the car category that we had booked in was not available and they hold the car booked in the said category (manual) only for 1 hour from the actual booking time. We have had to pay an additional £90.00 to cover the extra costs for an automatic car. Seriously….. its nothing but a scam and I would advise you stay away from these scamster’s.

Absolutely brilliant service from Driveline Speke. I needed a car last minute on a Sunday morning, and Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful—quick, efficient, and totally on the ball. He sorted everything smoothly with zero fuss. The vehicle itself was excellent: clean, good quality, and very reasonably priced. Couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable car hire with top-notch customer service.
