The pick up was more than an hour delayed, because the office ran out of cars (although I had reserved it in advance). I filled in the pre check-in online, but it apparently didn't do anything, because the staff still needed to scan my passport and driver's licence. The only plus was that the staff was very friendly.
Great experience from start to finish. Daniel on the web chat provided a great value quote. I took the car from Newcastle centre where Daniyal took care of me and got me a bigger car at the same price. No hidden fees- just smooth and reliable. Highly recommended! Will definitely be using them again.
Great service from Drivalia in Winsford. We hadn’t realised they closed at 4pm and turned up very last minute. They still managed to get us into our hire van despite the fact they were on their way home. Almost new van which was great to drive. Return was simple with no issues. Would happily recommend them and maybe take one of their motorhome rentals at some point.
I booked a car for pick-up at Aberdeen airport on 5th Sep this year. On arrival at the Drivalia desk I was told that they had cancelled my booking as ´they had no cars´. No reason was given for this situation and no forward warning had been given. I was not offered an apology, help with booking another car, offered a replacement or any help with onward travel. I´ve also been chasing Drivalia and Easyjet RentalCar (booking agent) for a refund since this date and so far have received neither an update or refund.
