Clive was wonderful when he got to me this morning. Even when it wasn’t 100% clear what was causing the issue for a while. Eventually it was resolved and flow was restored.Happily explained everything to me without jargon and explained what would help in future (which is being relayed to my landlord)Very happy with the service received. Hopefully I won’t need anything further but if I did I’d use Dyno Rod again and would recommend to others. Thank you Clive!!!
From a phone call to Dino- Rod , late afternoon , an Engineer ( James) called early evening .He attempted to clear , the blockage , which was causing my flat to be subject to backed up stale water and debris . He was empathetic , keeping me up to date .unfortunately the cause of the problem was a blocked sewar , so Scottish Water have been contacted . But gratitude is due to James

Terrible service, waste pipe was blocked rendering our toilet unusable, with 2 children in the house I thought I’d give them a phone, and right enough, £235 and they said they will send someone out within 2 hours. Time passes, still no show, phone rings ‘sorry there is no one in the area on call and Aberdeen is too far’. Okay, so will someone be with me tomorrow? ‘Yes’Night passes, morning arrives. Still nothing, phone the service line again. ‘I’m sorry no one will be able to attend until tomorrow now’ Phoned scotia drain busters, they came within the hour, job done. £150 perfect
Sam the plumber was friendly, reassuring and thorough. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why, and gave useful pointers as to suitable parts and future trouble shooting. I felt very confident in his approach. He worked really tidily too, which I appreciated. He is a great ambassador for the company. He was also clear about next steps and possible future costs.
