Not impressed at all. The guy spend 5 mins max trying to clear the drain with rods and said job was done and the job wasn't done as water was tricking not rubbing and had to get him to do the job properly and clear both sides of the drain. Very disappointed Your response is not good enough. When my dad question why you were using our water rather than using your tank he said he would go then. What kind of customer service is that???
I've had two visits recently - firstly from Eck and then, today, from Liam. The service I received from both of them has been first class. Eck identified the root of the problem (excuse the pun) and Liam did a fantastic job in difficult circumstances in removing the pesky roots. If it hadn't been for Liam's perseverance we would have ended up with a much bigger job needing done. So well done both Eck and Liam - highly recommended!
