Doesn’t work outside of your country

In an era of digital nomad, your service is unacceptable! My bank has restricted my card because I tried to purchase a couple of labels on your website! Because you decided to decline my card! When I reached out to customer service, they just replied “ you have to have an I.P. address in the same country in which the card is issued. You may have to ask someone to log in and add credit to your account so you can create labels.” and closed the case!

Horrible

Horrible! Kickstarter uses easy ship and they are the worst shipping company I've ever seen. They charge double or triple of what other companies charge. Stay away from Easyship. I've been waiting for my order for 4 weeks now and there is no end in sight.
