Finematter's partnership with Easyship has been a massive success so far!The integration and set-up was painless, and we were up and running within a couple of days.Easyship's platform has made it a lot easier, and efficient, to scale our jewellery business globally.
We formerly were using Stamps.com before making the transition to Easyship. They have truly built an easy to navigate interface and make it extremely simple to use, effective way for our warehouse team to ship hundreds of orders every day.We've been using them for over 3 years and love the 1 on 1 business relationship we've developed with our customer service managers to help us navigate any issues that develop as well as learn about new features coming to the platform. Our first CSM helped us establish the process of creating pick lists to help picking/packing become so much faster and more efficient.We definitely recommend Easyship to all businesses looking to simplify their mass batching and shipping processes. We ship on average 500-800 orders a day and Easyship definitely has helped us increase our efficiency. They truly live up to their name by making this an easy daily process for our warehouse staff. Thank you to Easyship, and our CSM rep, Conor, for always helping overcome any obstacle that comes our way and and make shipping our products a breeze.
Avoid this company!!They are working with sellers to charge absurdly high fees to the receiving customer, resulting in unreasonably high fees making recipients feel like they’re being scammed. Your reputation will be impacted when working with this company, low customer satisfaction will be projected on you for choosing to work with easyship.
Easyship functions well and my rep, Conor, has always been willing to brainstorm solutions for our unique business model. One area for improvement are proactively communicating updates and changes to their platform before making changes.
Do not use this company. At first their prices seem competitive but they may withdraw more funds fromyour account later.I used Easyship to send an office printer from Essendon VIC to Perth WA. The parcel contained nothing more than an office printer. The parcel was weighed and sized properly and it came in at a very conservative 14kg’s. On the 14th of June 2023 I was charged AUD$45.41for this service which was very reasonable at the time. However though on the 28th of July 2023 (more than a month later….pffft) Easyship deducted another AUD $42.77 from our account on this basis“Dangerous goods surcharge and Shipment weight adjustment”. When I questioned this second charge Easyship were quick to respond with why I was overcharged, but once I complained and requested a review of this overcharge all communication stopped. I can assure you there was nothing dangerous about the parcel and this extra 3kg’s of weight from the original declaration is absurd.My suggestion, steer clear from Easyship at all costs if you don’t like nasty surprises.
Brandon, thanks for the help and efforts to get this all cleaned up. I understand it was not originally an EasyShip problem, but UPS , and as my agent, you did a great job of fixing the problem and getting the refund. And yes, I would happy to express this , not only in this email, but by your customer satisfaction program site or records.How do I give you an A plus rating for listening and then taking the extra effort to make things right???
