We’ve been using Easyship for over a year now and it has been the best shipping program we’ve used. The program is easy to use and gives us access to unique services and rates in countries where our normal carriers may not. Easyship has allowed our global offices to all connect in one shipping platform helping us create a more uniform experience program for our company. The rules allow for easy set up and quick changes when needed.
I'd give the app itself 3 stars from my brief trial, however I give 1 star for the numerous follow-up calls from Easyship trying to win my business. Therefore overall rating is 2 stars. Easyship, please understand that trialling your app doesn't give you the right to continually call people on their phone to sell your paid plan. Calling once is probably good business, but leaving 4 voice messages and possibly more still on the way is bordering on harassment.
I bought insurance for a package but they're making me jump through every meaningless hoop when everyone including the shipping company says the package is lost, you sold the insurance so pay when you're supposed to pay... asking for a police report for a TRACKED package that went missing mid-way 3 months ago like cmon what a joke how is my client supposed to get a police report for a package that never entered his countryit literally says on the tracking page:Missing Mail Search Request Initiated, Missing Mail Search Request ID MRC XX XXXX XXXXMay 12, 2023, 11:44 pm (40 days ago)and they ask for all this stuff like confirmation from the client they didn't receive, police report, invoices, statements, screenshots, blah blah this blah blah that... my brother in christ you sold me insurance now its time for you to make good on your end of the contractthen i schedule a voice meeting with one of their specialists and they no-show... wow, just wow.EDIT: they denied my claim. They happily took my money, happily failed my shipment and now they refuse to take any responsibility and just want to sweep the entire thing under the rug and wipe their hands of the matter. Disgusting pack of animals. Do everyone you know a huge favor and tell them to NEVER USE EASYSHIP EVER.
We are a startup consumer electronics company that utilized easyship’s platform to help get our inventory out to our customers. They were fantastic with their scope. They provided cost effective shipping solutions for various quantities of our speakers as well as a simple platform and page to navigate. The one hiccup that occurred (it’s going to happen) was corrected as quickly as our team could have hoped for and continued business as usual! We are a company that works with crowdfunding and we trusted Easyship after trying different logistics solutions over the last 5 years.The first experience with them was extremely positive: excellent support with 1:1 calls, error rate on shipments of less than 0.5%. The dashboard of the portal is very intuitive and shows all the necessary information, including real-time rates for shipments which is a great thing. Excellent logistic support affiliated to Easyship: U-freight. They are very knowledgeable and quick. A last note of merit also to the rates, no hidden costs and acceptable shipping costs.In total, I currently give 5 stars after comparing them with 5 other previous logistics services.
My parcel is who knows where. It has been wrongly classified as containing prohibited items. They haven't bothered to inform sender or recipient. Only found out by checking tracking. They are refusing to deal with anyone. The seller has been told to contact the seller. The liquidation (theft) date looms. Easyship will not correspond with, only the sender but they won't listen to them either. Easyship insists that seed beads are seed and require certification. Glass seed beads have been around for over 300 years, I have many kilos of them, they are certainly not prohibited. A stupid mistake but easyship won't listen to anyone. Blame ebay all you like but the mistake is all easyship.
Easyship has great support. I mucked up several times on my first shipment and Easyship were happy to help at every instance and quickly too. The web platform is intuitive and easy to use. And the rates were the best. I am really impressed and will be doing all my shipping via Easyship now.
Made an international shipment. Tracking shows that it crossed the border. A month later, the package has not arrived. Shockingly, all attempts to contact the Easyship have failed!!! Over a period of weaks [sic weeks] I have sent 6-7 polite and professional messages via their web site. Not a single reply! They are totally unresponsive! Only Easyship can investigate. Without their help there is nothing that can be done. By not responding, in my opinion, this is the equivalent of stealing my package. A lost package is one thing but having EasyShip deliberately send it into never-neverland oblivion is another. Unbelievable, what unprofessional behavior! Easyship is a good company until you have a problem and then they don't know you anymore.Oddly, you have to pay extra for chat (!!) and even more for online assistance. I lost one package with EasyLost but I won't lose a second.Naturally, I would not recommend this company.-----------------------------10-Aug-23------------------------------PS. Their woefully belated reply says that they have discussed this topic with me "extensively". This is untrue. Completely untrue. Also note that their reply (the only contact I have had with EasyLie) is almost 5 months from the date of my Trustpilkot review. First contact after 5 months!! My assessment of "unresponsive" stands by itself with merit. Then they attempt to gaslight me for their unresponsiveness. The only contact I had about this shipment was with Asendia (shipper, whom I called) for 3 minutes who instructed me to contact Easyship. Pleasant response from Asendia but zero response Easyship.The only truthful part of their response is about the limited tracking ability. But without their assistance it is not possible to chase-down the package, even if I do all the legwork. When it came to customer support or service they disappeared. And they are uncontactable by any means (without a pricey upgrade in service). After 5 months they return to gaslight the victim for losing the shipment. If they want to prove their Trustpilot-worthiness, then they can recovery the package which still hasn't arrived (or been returned to the sender). How about that?Avoid!
