If you would like to get ripped off sending a parcel then Easyship is a perfect solution for you.Reports of hidden fees and charges, as well as instances of packages being marked as lost but still being charged for, have been made by customers. Furthermore, the company may take money out of your card without your consent after 1-2 months of sending the parcel due to alleged 'weight overcharges'. Disputes for these charges can be difficult and time-consuming, as customers are required to provide proof for each individual parcel. They know for certain that you will not have these and will abuse this method to extract as much money from you as much as possible.
After learning the ins and outs of Easyship, with the support via email and live chat, we couldn't ship our products without them! The dashboard is easy to follow. Products merge easily from our online store front to Easyship and its great having all order with shipping information in one spot!Couldn't be happier!
Two days. Responded nothing. Pay for chatting with them? Yeah ok. No number reachable from Canada. Sold me a Canada Post box and a label and the shipping rate. Canada Post can't even use them. How am I to get my refund if these lazy slob charitable donation takers take their donations but don't even talk to you!? I'm getting sick of companies and individuals like this. $40 out the window.Edit; these people will never talk of boxes. Like. Sorry I sound so rough around the edges sometimes but charging for chat. And. You can see it took them months to reply to me on here. Just. Run away. Nobody said you were a courier. That wasn't even my concern. You sold me a box. For $25. Told me to put my thing in it. And bring that and your "too much American stuff on it, for us;" "Canada Post" labels. Or anythings. There was no misunderstanding. Maybe from your sub par invoices. You asked me my views on your service. I put a frowny face with an auto suggestion problem remained unsolved. Y'all is used to that I guess. Got same replies as here, there. That I've been refunded. And guess what, people? Of course there has been!? Less than zero. Refund. "You misunderstood" is convenient. But. Your time tables are too and my bank's chargeback proceeding against you is not; for me. But. That's come to be expected from stress ship. I even told you to re-read your very, subpar invoice for BOX CHARGE. And. Months later on here you tell me same thing refusing acknowledge you sold useless defective everythings and told me to put my product in them but like though you was "a courier, yourselves". I'm not a potato. And did you put my "refund" back on my Stress Ship account? What good does that do me? Are you a bank? Can I withdraw it to where it needed go but never did AND WHICH IS MY BANK ACCOUNT!? Good grief.
Horrible experience. Shipping two large & heavy packages to the UK from USA for Xmas. One arrived fine. However, the other package had to go via a consolidation center in CA. It apparently never left there. I provided the FedEx # given to me by Easyship to FedEx to try and track it/find it and they say it is an invalid#. Easyship can provide ZERO proof the package was every picked up from CA or that they paid FedEx or the customs duty that I had pre-paid them for….which seems like theft to me. Has been >8 weeks now. I have tried emailing, messages on FB - nothing but canned responses providing the same apparently invalid FedEx #. I filed an insurance claim as soon as permitted (30 days after last tracking activity showed the item arriving in CA) and that was over 2 weeks ago, but still no follow up or payment. All in all I am out ~$200 for the shipping and the customs duties that I pre-paid (so that my family wouldn’t get stuck with them), plus the ~$120 worth of gifts and snacks mailed. Miserable customer service. Unable to reach an actual human unless I pay more for their premium service……no thanks, you already got me for ~$320!!
