The most unfriendliest customer service I have ever had in my life. I called with an important question, the guy hardly listened and when I explained our complicated circumstances he had the rudeness to literally sigh and say 'O my God', I had hardly a change to explain the situation. Unbelievable. Am really in shock. The company should definitely listen back to our conversation and hear how he handles calls.
The rental with EasyTerra was much more expensive than the direct lease. I booked a rental car through Easyterra in the expectation that it would be a good offer. This turned out not to be the case. Even before leaving, I saw at the Hertz site that the car, due to Valentine's Day, was a lot cheaper and also that the co-driver was free, if married. I informed Easyterra, but they advised to arrange this via Hertz. I trusted that this was possible. When I picked up the car, I ran into two financial setbacks. First, I could not get the extra discount from Hertz because of Valentine's Day, perhaps logical but it certainly does not make EasyTerra the cheapest.Secondly, I could only get the car on my credit card, while my wife was the only driver. So I had to buy a second driver at an additional cost of 160 euros, which I would not use and which would be free in Hertz's offer. The people behind the counter in Valencia were not willing to listen to these two arguments at any time and since I had to leave by car I had no other choice. Therefore more than 200 euros overpaid
Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Not ony were they not helpful, they kept blaming everyone but them self, they were rude and condescending and and ironic. So we lost around 300€ and they seemed almost happy about it. Stay away!
Watch out! Almost all positive reviews are (obviously) fake. This ‘company’ has no intentions to actually help you. They just want your creditcard details so they can scam you out of a lot of money. When you call their customer service they just laugh at you and hang up. They’re scammers and thieves. Avoid at all costs!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!I arrived at airport and there was no car and they did not help / I was left stranded!! - I tried to claim money for rental back and after 6 weeks had no choice but to raise dispute with credit card company!! They took money gave no car and did not refund!!!
Horrible experience with booking for car rental in Zakynthos. Online booking erroneously put the wrong driver in the system. At the destination, we could not pick up the car unless we paid extra. Customer service was unwilling to help and hung up the phone.
