I book all cars with this company but it is the last one. I never book a car again what a joke!! I am in Thailand and they do not react normally when we face problems. So unbelievably bad. They provide wrong information first that the opening times are till 19:00 actually 22:00 and the prepayment on your credit card is 3 times higher than the confirmation. And I call them I tell them the issue and they ask how I am solving it. I said no way! Then the guy got pissed off. I am the one who should be pissed off. And smashed the phone down mr Rusly thanks a lot
I made a pre booking for a trip to New Zealand. After receiving the confirmation i discovered that the car could not be used on the ferry from North to South Island and I have had to change my booking on the ferry. Moreover they did not advice on the location where to leave the car in Wellington. I discover by myself that car should have left at Interislander terminal while I had a booking with Bluebridge ferry that is 2 km away.The only positive thing is that I deleted my booking without any penalties but I lost a lot of time with them. Also the person in charge of following my booking blamed about the fact that she lose a lot of time trying to answering my doubts.For renting a car in New Zealand I definitly not recommend Easyterra.
No respond on calls when faced problems at PISA Airport. No clear Customer Service to support you during holiday time, just refusing to accept the comments done by me 10 times...no money back , despite the fact that I showed my family credit card ( as i share my bank account with my wife )
het is nu vijf maanden geleden dat wij een auto geleend hebben bij easy terra met een volledige verzekering en volledige dekking zodat we geen stress zouden hebben van eventuele schade of autopech . we hadden pech met de auto en we hadden pech dat we een auto hadden geleend bij easy terra want die nemen geen enkele verantwoording en ook hun partners alamo of locauto doen er niks mee zijn telefonisch niet bereikbaar en geven geen geld terug als je kosten hebt gemaakt na heel veel mailtjes en echt uren bellen hebben we nog steeds niks terug gehad en reageren ze wanneer hun uitkomt . huur alsjeblieft geen auto bij easy als je geen gezeik wil hebben of veel extra kosten It has now been five months since we borrowed a car from Easy Terra with full insurance and full coverage so that we would not have to worry about any damage or car trouble. we had bad luck with the car and we were unlucky that we had borrowed a car from easy terra because they do not take any responsibility and their partners alamo or locauto do not do anything with it, they cannot be reached by telephone and do not give any money back if you have incurred costs After many emails and hours of calling, we still haven't received anything back and they respond when it suits them. please don't rent a car from easy if you don't want hassle or lots of extra costs
We rented a car by Carrentals, its a company from easy Terra the car was on site arranged by Lockauto Bari Airport. The people ar Bari airport speak verry bad English only Italian. The car we payed for was not available. And the replacement car was much less than what we had rented. We rented a Jeep Renegate and we've got a Skoda Karoq witch they place in the same category.. but that's not true ofcourse. This car was much cheaper to rent on the website from Carrentals / Easyterra. This is deception....so this way they earn hundreds of dollars/ euros extra. And to discuss this on site at the pickup area with a guy that barely speaks English only Italian is a no go... so my tip is rent the cheapest car in the category.Datum van ervaring: 22 september 2023
For our holiday we used Easyterra to rent a car in Sardegna. We paid €300+ upfront. Once we arrived at the airport we realized that we lost our creditcard. Nevertheless we continued to the car rental and explained the situation. They immediately declined us and told us debit cards are not accepted UNLESS we bought an extra €400+ package from them. Of course we declined as they're just trying to exploit us.We called Easyterra, explained the situation and asked for a refund. They told us that losing a credit card is a "no reason" and there is nothing they could do. This is complete nonsense as their website clearly states that cancellation is possible within 48h of the car rental, but with a cancellation fee. A fee I can understand and would've been happy to pay. Yet we were never offered this option, we were completely turned down.They also didn't seem to care that a company offered by Easyterra is trying to exploit their customers upon arrival.We mailed easyterra with a complaint, but we have not received an answer. The result: We're in Sardegna with appartments booked accross the island but without a car and €300+ lost on day one.I would not recommend Easyterra to anyone. They cannot be trusted.
Easy Jet cancelled our flight to Milan (Malpensa). Could only get a flight a day later to another airport some 50k away.I cancelled, some 2 hours before i was due t collect the car. EasyTerra insisted on charging for the full week's rental. To add insult to injury, they said that if i did not cancel they would charge for the week's rental but not guarantee to hold the car i was having to pay for.
I booked a car in Volos Greece due to violent storms there were no cars available despite EasyTerra saying everything was normal they took our money and said that they had fulfilled their contract when I asked to transfer the booking to another location as I was unable to rent a car in Volos they said no it was up to me . So they have had £376 off me without providing a car. DO NOT RENT OFF THIS COMPANY THEY LIE TO YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY
