I don't understand how this club can get such a high rating in google. If you arrive later than planned due to an airline error, your entire car rental can be canceled, and that's not clearly stated. The car you paid for is then happily rented to someone else, and you have to pay full price for another one. So don't do it!
Their business partner has scammed me on Fuel. Very poor support and lack of involvement from Easy Terra's customer support. they claim that they are a 3rd party. No real push to get involved until i have emailed them several times. They ask me to sort out with their business partner as they are a 3rd party. Definitely will not be booking rentals through their platform again, not a nice way to treat the irish tourists

Please see my other review.I have since emailed T Kramer , the CEO, 4 times, as someone you would expect to be interested in the customer base, and I have not received even the courtesy of an acknowledgement, let alone a reply. Still no update from the "customer service" dept either.They do not want to know you if there is an issue. Appalling. Do not use.Sidenote: They claim to respond to negative reviews in a week - nothing.
