I reached out to the company via email to ask for a change to my direct debit and to request a refund of my overpayment as soon as possible. A representative named Lewis responded promptly, confirming that he had made the necessary adjustments and that the refund would be processed within 10 working days. To my delight, it arrived in just 5 days. I am very satisfied with how Lewis managed the situation, handling it both courteously and swiftly.
Although the representative addressed my immediate question, the underlying issue remains. Despite entering the correct Fit and account numbers for the automatic cue in the email, I was unable to submit a reading online. I'm still a bit confused.

Allowed their subsidiary company (Contact Solar) to rip me off. They sold me parts for my central heating that have not worked but instead caused damage to my hot water cylinder resulting in flooding of my home. Both EDF & Contact Solar appear to have closed ranks. As parent company, I urge you to answer all my questions.
