I had smart meters installed and the display unit wasn’t connected, emailed EDF and had a response from Russell saying he would get a meter specialist to rectify the problem. A few weeks passed and display still not showing data so I emailed Russell again and he passed it over to Jess. What a breath of fresh air she kept in touch via email and over a day and a half Jess had it up and running no problem. Jess was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again Jess.
the lady who dealt with my issue Amelia wasa 10 star helper, i called edf as i thought i wasindebt, Amelia over 3 days helped me see i wasntin debt and i was worrying over nothing, i was a littleangry/rude/ thinking i was in dept - but Amelia remained professional until this issue was resolved regards from Btyan
