Had difficulty in resetting my forgotten password through the EDF online link. So had to call EDF advisor Elle who was most helpful. The link she sent was a success. I’m now able to access my online account. Kind regards David

Excellent customer service

Kate , Team T,has been dealing with the problem of our gas smart reader not recording, for a few weeks.She has kept us updated at regular intervals, and reassured us that someone would be able to sort the problem.She dealt with this in a friendly, caring manner and we really appreciate her help. She managed to bring my stress levels right down!

Owen was a breath of fresh air after…

Owen was a breath of fresh air after the most frustrating of conversations totalling 10 hours of my life over the last 2 weeks with disaster after disaster of agent not understanding the situation and being rude and dismissive, Owen was polite, helpful and most importantly competent and helpful. He was able to understand the situation and undo the errors of EDF advisers in just 30 minutes. Could not be more thankful that Owen answered my call today, thank you.

Fantastic to connect with a real person

It was refreshing to speak with a real person after the automated phone system failed to recognize my account number, rather than being told to try again or go online. The representative guided me through setting up an online account, which I had previously struggled with. She was patient, kind, and supportive, easing the stress of a frustrating situation. I’m hopeful that I can now get information from the service without issues, and I appreciate knowing that I can always reach out to someone if needed.
