Good customer experience.

I spoke to Yasmin, who went through the tariffs and procedures with me. As I was a Contact Solar and an existing EDF customer, I was offered the Empower Tariff 12 month contract with no exit fees.The tarrifs were easy to understand, with three rates, (highest rate at peak times 4-7 pm, lowest rate at night time 1-4 am, and off peak standard rate at all other times) and there are no standing charges.
