Review Time
I was supposed to have my Gas meter replaced on 26/11 it was cancelled two days before. I phoned to re book and you can't because there's no available appointments for the next 5 weeks so I have to phone back again in a couple of weeks. Not very impressed.
I recently spoke with Richard at EDF and wanted to share my positive experience.
