I was unhappy with a set of figures produced and as a result spoke with a nice gentleman called Prince. He reworked the figures and resolved my bone of contention bringing my complaint to a successful close. Prince was most polite courteous helpful and patient throughout . He grasped the point at issue quickly and it was resolved to my satisfaction. This gentleman is an asset to EDF,and I’m grateful for his help towards resolution. From Keith A Danvers-Colquhoun
I called EDF today as I have had issues with my account since changing to a new smart meter.I spoke to Richard of Team T who listened to my concerns, explained what should have happened and is now in the process of sorting my account out for me. He also advised me to change to a more cost effective tariff. Thank you Richard for all your help today and taking the time to explain everything to me.
Beckie helped very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Generated a bill very efficiently. Also, took time to help me understand how tariff and billing worked as I had been comparing incorrectly. Very happy with my experience. Service with a smile.
