Review Time
I have been with EDF for 5 years now and never had a problem, until now. I had been looking at ways to reduce my monthly bills as compared to competitors, EDF was charging me way higher. I emailed, called and used whatsapp. Response times were terrible and had to chase multiple times via email. When I called the person I got couldn't have been more unhelpful. Anyway, after finally getting somewhere and changing to the lower tarrif my first bills have come through and I am still paying the high tarrif I was on before. It seems lip service is all I recieved from EDF and they have no interest in reducing my bills. What's worse is I can change my tarrif again to save £40 a month but that will cost me £100 to get.
