My Energy provider for my Gas & Electric supply is EDF. I have a smart meter for my electric supply,in the flat i rent. Unfortunately the gas meter is sited in a restaurant below the rented flat i'm in. So each month i have to go & get my gas reading & submit to EDF to keep an accurate bill normally by the 25th of each month. On Sunday 23rd November i went & took a gas reading and submitted it via email. On Monday 24th November 2025, i received a nice reply from a person called Bruno,saying he had applied the reading to my account. Therefore keeping my bill accurate,rather than estimated. I thanked Bruno for his time & he replied back. Thank you Bruno for being so efficient ! Many thanks from John Ford, Nottingham.
Recently moved and was racking my brain around getting set up in the new property, was helped by Shaun who was extremely patient, informative, helpful and made the process a lot less stressful than I had assumed it would be. 5/5 customer service.
Poor customer service.Slow to answer the phone.Why does certain management think answering a phone is old school and it is trendy to employ less people or use AI .The trend i follow is profits after service ..that's the order ..service first and profits follow Best customer ratings are always those companies that invest providing a proper service
