Just spoke to Jamie from edf about my account and new tariff on 30-11 2025 and my overpayment on my account sorted it all out in a few minutes and I am on a new tariff for the next year with edf and getting a nice refund excellent customer service guy and a great firm to be with happy customer
Excellent manner. Clear and concise information.Outlined the differences between our current tariff and the possible new tariff. Answered the questions I had clearly. I appreciate the quick answering. The caller seemed unaware of the ongoing dispute I was having with an EDF bill. (It's stressful how the direct debit automatically increased despite EDF not having addressed an ongoing incorrect bill for months). The caller was able to remove the automatic increase, but I feel this never should have happened in the first place.
