Poor customer service.Slow to answer the phone.Why does certain management think answering a phone is old school and it is trendy to employ less people or use AI .The trend i follow is profits after service ..that's the order ..service first and profits follow Best customer ratings are always those companies that invest providing a proper service
Great customer service from Michelle Team ZZ18. I have spoken to EDF lots this year and found that most have not been that interested to solve my issues and have given me poor information. But not Michelle she really took the time to sort out my request and look into other things as well to help.
