Gorgeous call handler

The lady who took my call was absolutely lovely. I wish I'd asked her name. She was wonderful, the best one of you call handlers I've spoken to this year. She was calm and just perfect. If you can find out who she was, she definitely deserves an award - or at the very least chocolate cookies.

While waiting I didn't like the music a bit loud, thats why only 4 stars. The EDF representative was very good and helpful he would get 5 stars. EDF wanted to reduce my payments by almost £100 but we compromised because winter is on the way where my credit will be greatly reduced. A good result all round.
