Hi I recently spoke to Lucy at EDF customer service, I have to say Lucy is on of the nicest and considerate person I have spoke to, everything I has asked for Lucy has come on top and EDF is lucky to have her, Lucy definitely deserves an xmass bonus. 🙂.
