Review Time
Submitted my meter readings via email. It was shortly after the requested time. A staff member (Vincent) from their customer service team got back to me acknowledging receiving my readings the same day. I have been with EDF a few months now. From the start I was very impressed with not only their customer service (staff have been polite and helpful) but also good value tariff and flexibility with payment arrangements. Bills are clearly laid out and they keep you properly informed of cheapest overall tariff options. Would definitely recommend EDF Energy.
I had some concerns regarding my recent bills so I called customer support and spoke with Chris. He went through my last few months bills, explaining absolutely everything to me. Chris went through all of the figures and helped me to understand what was going on! Thank you for your help and patience Chris - It all made sense and I felt so much better after we spoke! 10/10!!
