Had a problem with my top up recently which resulted in me having to phone EDF. Explained my problem to Lee who went above and beyond to rectify this for me which he promptly did. Thank you Lee for excellent customer service. Your service was professional and very understanding of my problem.

Customer service easy to deal with.

Representative Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable in looking at my account thoroughly. My call was instigated by EDF informing me that there was a cheaper tariff for me. Failed though to include information relating to the exit charge for it! My current tariff has none. Touch selective in information provided!
