Jervy was very helpful, especially as it was the 1st time that he had dealt with me or my problem. I cannot yet give 5* because the matter has not been resolved at present. E. D. F. have been very efficient in the transfer so far, and I believe that the problem lies with my previous supplier. E. D. F. have been very good in keeping me informed as to what is going on.

As ever EDF are a great company to deal with. Answered all my questions , changed the tariff and also kept the direct debit at the current payment at my request even though I was aware the direct debit would reduce.
