I just got off a call with Chris and I will happily tell anybody who asks that he's great. He made quite a complicated process very easy for me, and was able to help me understand my situation well, in a short period of time. Legitimately, my life was made much easier by this man, he represents EDF very well, and has a great phone manner, I even had a bit of fun, which is rare on a call like this. Seriously, promote him.
Lucie was great and the only helpful person ive spoken to from EDF while she is 5 stars the rest are lacking and having had to take a complaint to the ombudsman to settle over charging and mismanagement of the direct debit account can only guve EDF 1 star because its the lowest
