My partner surprised me with a trip to Dubai and I have to say their economy class was the best I've ever flown on compared to other airlines. Was actually better than business with some airlines! Food was decent and staff overly polite and helpful. Would fly with them again without hesitaton.
Would give 0 if was possible.Purchased the seat. Seat booking was disappeared from the booking without any notice. To get the refund need to complete the journey and then request for refund on their website. You cancelled the seat booking why don’t you refund the payment right away ?
I would give all zeroes if possible. I purchased 2 non-refundable tickets to celebrate my 50th birthday in August. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with cancer less than a month from purchasing. I am never sick and cancer doesn't run in my family. Upon contacting Emirates for a full refund, I was advised to submit the request online. Upon doing so, I was issued a refund of only $200 of my $12,300 paid. I was never offered to use the tickets at a later date. When I reached out requesting to use the tickets at a later date, I was advised no because the tickets were refunded. I reached out to Mastercard for assistance and still nothing although their site states they will assist if a cardholder gets a critical illness. I will never fly Emirates again and would advise all to beware.
Travelled first class to Dubai not worth it the seat was broken and many of the fancy bits were broken, staff low grade and were very unfriendly and unhelpful - not worth the money - business class was far far better on Etihad!!! Chauffeur didnt turn up, the whole experience was one big nightmare - back to good old Etihad!
It was a worst experience traveling with this airline with old parents. The ground crew at Dubai denied Wheel Chair assistance to old parent and made them to walk to transit terminal. The staff was repeatedly saying why you have to travel with Emirates instead of helping the passengers in need. Can you imagine flying your parents who has trouble walking and need help for the same?It seems that people who had good experience was not needed to deal with any help from the ground staff.
Emirates Airlines is like that reliable friend who never lets you down. Every time I hop on board, I know exactly what to expect, and they totally deliver. The crew's always got that friendly vibe going, and the food? Man, it's surprisingly good for airplane stuff.I mean, sure, they're not doing cartwheels to exceed expectations, but honestly, they're like that steady friend who's always there for you. The seats are comfy, the entertainment's on point, and you get all those little extras that make the journey better. So yeah, if you're looking for an airline that just nails it every time without the flashy show, Emirates is your go-to. They're like that comfy pair of sneakers you never want to let go of.
Heathrow T3 check in abysmal. They get the passenger to do everything from checking in to getting boarding passes which I'd already done at home. They get you to fit the destination labels to the luggage the action of which is not straight forward and then on to do it yourself bag drop. This is while the staff all stand around like spare parts. Worse than a supermarket self checkout. If this is meant to be an advance in technology then they are sadly mistaken. From what we saw many people were confused and had to seek help. Awful experience and start to a holiday.
