Still waiting for help on my toddlers…

Still waiting for help on my toddlers new leaking sippiee cups. They responded which sounded promising. They asked for photos and info, and apparently I took to long to reply. It started the conversation back to step one. Decided to try again since I had all the info and photos but now I can't get a response.

Spare lids

I asked if I could purchase a protective lid (the one that covers the spout) on one of your sport toddler model. Unfortunately, you don't have any spare. However, I will like to say that as a consumer of baby/kids' products those lids can easily be lost so aelling them separately could be a good idea. Thanks again.Jessica

Amazing experience

Had parts go missing just over time. Emailed the company answered the next day less then I’d say 12 hours, with information and my asking for information to send the replacements ASAP. Fantastic communication, amazing support, fast response, very helpful

Horrible customer service

I had an issue with my Groclock's power supply. The customer service agent, Juliet, was unable to help me with all the information and photos that I gave her. She referred me to Amazon to have another one. Wow! That's what I'm not looking for when I look for a sharp company. Sorry, but never buy from you and referring your company to someone.——-In answer of your reply, no I didn’t have a resolution… and that’s a shame for your company and your products!

I have never been so disappointed

I have never been so disappointed with a company. My travel bottle warmer Thermos broke just weeks after buying it. So I contacted tommee tippee to get it replaced. They said that they shipped a new one to me and it would arrive in 5 business days. After 3 weeks of waiting I messaged again for an update. They answered after a few days saying they would check on the status ASAP. Then I was ghosted. After another week I contacted them again, they said they had no more new ones to send to me. They told me they would refund my money and transfer me to finance department. 2 months later no response and no money back.
