Review Time
My dishwasher ate a part to one of my bottles and I am very pleased with the customer service. I use the anti colic bottles for my 3 month old and they are her favorite bottles. The star valve got lost in my dishwasher and I’ve tried to look for where I could buy replacement of them but never found it so I emailed them. They are sending me a replacement pack of 6 and even 2 new anti colic bottles! Very pleased with Tommee Tippee and will be recommending to all of my momma friends.
Giving a bad review because I’ve been waiting for replacement parts for my bottles which are also the worst bottles as they leak ALL THE TIME (anti-colic bottles—DO NOT BUY!!) and I was told it would be 5 business days. Those days come and go and I message customer service and they then told me they don’t have the parts right now and don’t no when they will have them and once they do they will be sent out. This doesn’t help the fact that my baby is soaked after every feeding. I will never buy from this brand again for my next child.EDIT after reply from company: That is a total lie as the address on file is correct as I changed it within seconds of talking to customer service. So once again, the customer service is horrible and the products are garbage. I will never purchase from this company ever again.
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wrote a question on Facebook messenger, took a while for someone to write me back. That person informed me that she would look into the matter. I wasn't hearing anything from her and I received an email this morning stating that my case was closed due to unanswered questions on my part (which I never received). I'm not usually the type of person who will write reviews, but this customer service is so bad that I just had to.
I purchased 2 tommy tippee formula bottle from buy buy baby when we used them the contents came out so fast it practically choked them when I went to return them you wouldn’t take them back I want to be refunded for these bottles they are not working the way they should
I bought over 100 Tommee tippee storage bags because the packaging said they worked universally with all breast pumps. Only in fine print does state that you have to buy the adapter separately. When realized I needed adapters, I tried to locate them by themselves, but was only able to find one that worked with my Ameda pump in a $40 kit that included a bunch of other stuff I didn’t need. I bought the kit though just so I could get the adapter. And there is only ONE adapter in each size. I don’t know why you would only provide one adapter in each size when women, generally speaking, have two breasts. No one wants to double their pumping time by only being able to pump one breast at a time. When I contacted Tommee Tippee asking where i could find an adapter pack by itself, it took them over a week, to figure out they don’t even carry that adapter anymore and recommended I go check eBay (because it’s highly sanitary to buy used items that consistently come into contact with other people’s bodily fluids online). As an added touch, customer service consistently butchered my name, even though I reiterated the correct spelling to them multiple times.Edited to respond to the response from TT:How does making the needed adapter that makes the product universal more difficult to obtain represent “better value”? Additionally, what is the logic in only providing 1 adapter in that package? Reiterating the point that women generally have 2 breasts, so why aren’t two of each adapter provided? The design of how this item is packaged seems intentional to force the customer to buy multiple bundles/kits, which only seems to benefit TT. I do not see how this strategy is helpful or useful to the customer. Even if someone had the correct number of adapters to start, what if this piece was lost or broken? They would have to buy a whole $40 kit to replace it, just to continue using this system. This does not make sense. Thank you for correcting my name. I do appreciate that.
Needed parts for a sippee cup i bought recently. First time i contacted them, they said they would send me the missing parts no problem. 10-15 days for shipping. Never got them. Contacted them back and the second guy told me it was impossible to ship to canada?! Really? Never again Tommee Tippee. 😡
