I was having trouble with my bottle leaking which I thought was wiered because I hand wash them and I've always loved the bottles. It turns out the bottom plastic piece was turned inside out. The member of the team got back to me right away and gave me some tips/ points to check once I did I figured ot out. I was embarrassed that it was something so small but it fixed my problem. They were very nice and understanding.
My daughter bit through the straw on her sippy cup. I called Tommee Tippee to see if they sold replacement straws. They didn't but were willing to send me a two pack of new sippy cups instead! I was so pleased with the response. Thank you!
After months of looking for replacement sippy tops for this one cup, I reached out to tommie tippy to ask where can I find them. They responded right away explaining they discontinued them but do have one that fits all of their products. They sent me a bunch free of charge. I couldnt be more happier with this company and continue to make other parents just as happy.
Every product I buy is garbage! I just bought an $8.00 sippy cup that said it was 100% spill/shake proof. My son was able to shake out half the cup of water immediately!! Any bottles I've ever bought have leaked around the nipple and nipple ring. Pacifiers are poorly designed, etc. I will never buy and Tommee Tippee product ever again!! And when I contacted customer support about the sippy cup all the could say was "sorry you feel this way" and "you can return it to the store" instead of really listening to me about the defaults of where the products are leaking from!! Many of my mom friends also really dislike Tommee Tippee products for the same reasons!!!!
Love It!! I purchased the Air mini for a trip to Europe. I was afraid of the water on the plane and how to obtain distilled water once I got to Europe. I was reading on a TSA website and they recommended a water less one. I had never heard of this. Since being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I found this little machine to be the best item I can use. I have used it on several other trips, I love it. I use it for a month in March, 3 weeks in UK and Ireland in May and June, and a week in August in South Carolina. I will also use it for an up coming trip in October.The moisture canisters are wonderful. I did not have to worry about distilled water. I also was allowed (with my battery) to use it on the airplane. I did not though.The staff at the ResMed shop was very helpful and made the purchasing process very easy. Thank you
