Review Time
One of our water bottles stopped working so I reached out to the customer service team trying to figure out if there is a part that I can replace thinking it's probably wear and tear from being used. Without asking any questions, the team offered to send us new bottles!!! This type of no BS customer service will have me as a customer for life and I will recommend the brand to all my mom friends!
To be fair, this is probably one of the best customer service I had in my life. Paige was so kind to me, and even if she couldn't help me in the end, I feel like everything is perfect. She even reminded me what I forgot to answer the email because I got too busy and thought I did answer. Really, I would recommend rhis company, not onyl because I love their products but also because customer service is great. We all know that sometimes, customer service is the downside of a company but in this case, not at all.
I went thru three people and the first two tell me I'm getting my son's bottles in 2 weeks....they never came until just recently and I made it clear to the third person I did NOT want them anymore and wanted a refund because my son nearly choked on the rubber on the lid!!! Ridiculous!!!
I would have gladly given a better review except that I contacted you on December 19th and was told after I sent my contact information and address and phone number that I would receive the valves in a few weeks. I received nothing and contacted you once again and I have sent pictures as requested and then you go and cancel my request. I am extremely disappointed! I would have purchased the valves had they been available.
Tommee Tippee Products and Customer Service continue to disappoint. I have been trying to figure out the issue with my Advanced Bottle Warmer since early January. The customer service have been friendly enough, and appear to be helpful, but so far they have not followed through on any promise. After determining our original Advanced Warmer was malfunctioning, I was instructed to “cut the cord off the machine” and send in a photo with my address & details in the photo. After the photo was received, they would mail me a new unit under warranty. I told them this was unacceptable, as it would leave me without a warmer for 10 business days (their shipping estimate). We finally received our new warmer this week, only to discover we were sent a different model (Easy-Warm). I cannot believe the difficulty I have had to warranty a defective product. Not only will I not buy Tommee Tippee products, I will actively dissuade friends and family to do the same. Utterly disappointing.
