Would not buy again

We ordered two complete sets of 6 multicolored bottles. Absolutely dislike them. The nipples are so soft that when my three-month-old granddaughter uses them they collapse. I’ve contacted the company. They said try several different things which we have. We have the clear 5 ounce bottles and they work perfectly fine with her. The 9 ounce bottles for some reason with these softer nipples does collapse and are terrible. Spending a lot of money on bottles it’s kind of disheartening that these nipples work the way they do. I would not buy them again.

Quick contact, but no way to order the part I needed

Problem: we have half advanced anti colic bottles, and half closer to nature. Kiddo decided he liked the CTN better. Unfortunately, circumstances are such that he can’t just exclusively breastfeed yet. We were hoping to be able to just buy the rings that screw onto the bottles and hold the nipples in place that way we won’t have to replace half our bottles. Contact with Tommee Tippee: I had messaged out of hours. (Oops.) But I still got a prompt response. They did look through all of the parts they have available for order. Solution: unfortunately, the rings can’t be bought separately. But that’s the only negative thing I can say about this. I do hope that Tommee Tippee takes my suggestion to put those on the order options so that another parent who later finds themselves in a similar problem can resolve it.

They respond but do nothing

There are 2 stars because I actually got responses within a few days. However, many questions were asked to, in the end, have nothing resolved. Your company should honor your products quality directly, not send the customer back to the store for an exchange when it was explained that this is not even possible.

Bottle warmer (Thermal)

Bottle warmer (Thermal): I looked up the manufacturer from Amazon because the Tommee-Tippee was leaking upon arrival. I manage to call the 1800 # and I was helped immediately with great customer service. My email was incorrect so I called again and spoke to another agent that mention it was the email. And with timely fashion response via email they gave us instructions to try before sending the thermal back. My daughter followed them and it worked. So both agents were effective in handling my call when needing the problem solve. Thank you for your support. Sandra Schifferer.

Terrible customer service and product availability

I have twins and purchased tommee tippee anti-colic bottles. When the time came to move up to the next size nipple the anti-colic were nowhere to be found. I tried the regular nipple which resulted in leaking. I got in touch with tommee tippee to see where they could be purchased. Instead of an answer they wanted me to answer a bunch of intensive questions, take pictures and videos. I have 2 infants so no time for that. I responded asking where to purchase again and they let me know they didn’t have a listing for the USA. I’m in Canada. So I have 6 bottles and nipples that were used for 1 month, and 6 size 2 that were used once, been to 6 stores including babies r us and buy buy baby specialty stores and a lot of wasted, time, energy, gas and money. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend as they are not in the least helpful. Very frustrating.**I was not asking for free items I just want to use the bottles I paid for but you don’t keep stock.
