Compensation for issue would have been nice

I was hoping to get a coupon or something for the issue with the sippie cup as it was leaking but I was just told to return to the store for refund. There was an issues as it leaked from the straw just sitting on the table.

I have attempted to get replacement…

I have attempted to get replacement components for the last two months. I’ve been assured multiple times that they’ve been sent, however I have yet to receive anything. Multiple attempts to reach the company have gotten me nothing but a sorry, we’ll try again. Very frustrating. Will not buy anything else from this brand as they do not stand behind their products.

Design issue?

I wanted to reach out to find out if something could be done for an unsatisfied purchase of a tommee Tippee product. Unfortunately, I had purchased the product through Amazon so nothing could be done directly through your company apparently. I was not satisfied with the product because I believe there is a real issue with the design. Instead of acknowledging there *could* be a design issue, the "customer service representative" brushed aside any criticism and instead said it was only a preference that my babies had. I have twins and to have both of them have issues with keeping the nipples in their mouths when they moved? Seriously..... There is a design issue. I'd recommend listening to your customer base instead of brushing it off as a babies preference.

Can't find adapter to use with pump and pouches

I bought the Tommee Tippee Manual Breast Pump and a box of Tommee Tippee Pump N go milk bags, unfortunately neither item came with a adapter to connect them together. I contacted the North America Facebook customer service support and got contacted back within a day, the support assistant was understanding and supportive of my frustration of not being able to locate where I can obtain a adapter. However she stated she could not further assist me nor send me a adapter due to my residence being in North America..... And as well when I received a email couple for 20% off my first purchase through Tommee Tippees website, the website states that it is no longer accepting new orders....... Which leaves me confused and without the correct part (large adapter) to cohesively use with their breast pump to their pump n go pouches.I like Tommee Tippee bottles but unfortunately I am out money wise with a pump and pouches I can not use together as advertised.

I've used the diaper pail for 4 years…

I've used the diaper pail for 4 years and was happy with the product for my three grandchildren up until recently. I can no longer find refills so I reached out to you and was told you no longer make that model and I'd no longer be able to get refills. I was told I could purchase the updated version. I don't understand why production was stopped when many consumers use the product and now I guess it gets thrown in the landfill when there is nothing wrong with the product. Please reconsider making the refills that fit the previous model. Thank you.
