I am really frustrated with your…

I am really frustrated with your services.Really frustrated with your company resolution system.Never gonna use this company again and never gonna recommend your brand again.And more over gonna post all the pictures and my experiences all over the social media.Really never expect this from such a brand. That you really didn’t care about your customersThey told me after 4 days that you can go back to the same to place to return what is the benefit of choosing a big brand like you if i have to go through such hassle.A sham on this brand

Safety issue: company does not stand behind their product

Got a bottle warmer and I noticed that it would turn on randomly by itself, even when I didn’t turn the dial. Emailed their customer service, only to be given a run around about descaling, not sure what this has to do with it turning on by itself when it’s off. And then asked if I had a receipt for something I bought almost a year ago. Anyone that has a baby knows it would pretty much be impossible to keep a receipt for every thing you buy your baby. Especially considering the fact that I wasn’t planning on returning it, and it’s clearly a quality issue. This company doesn’t stand behind their product and it’s quality. Will not be buying anything from them in the future and making sure I advise my mom friends from purchasing this brand.

My Daughters sprout sippy cup leaks off…

My Daughters sprout sippy cup leaks off and on. After being questioned and answering a million questions about the cup, NOW they’re asking for a video of the sippy cup leaking. They care more about wasting your time than trying to fix their faulty cups. I will not buy any more of their items. Until they make things right with me.

Tommee tippee was very helpful, I was in search of replacement valves for their sippy cups. They responded very fast and shipped them out that night. I will continue to use them as my go to for sippy cups.

My son will ONLY take these bottles but…

My son will ONLY take these bottles but during our hospital stay we lost the center straw part and the bottle doesn’t work without it and they don’t stock replacement parts. So now I need to buy a whole new bottle cause these ones are useless without that straw cause they leak BAD.
