Awful customer service on the phone awful product as far as bottles go they leak we purchased 2 sets of bottles each box brings 3 bottles total of 6 anti colic bottles all 6 bottles leak . Very disappointed when we realized this we did a little bit of research to see if maybe there was something we weren't doing right but no it's the bottles they are defective I wish we would have researched better and read the reviews before buying into this product sorry to say we did this late and proof that we are not alone their are terrible reviews with same complaints bottles leak . Waste of our hard earned worked money for our babies first bottles complete disappointment all the way around. I would not recommend this brand to anyone stay away from tommee tippee not only bottles but in general their products in general are no good and to make matters worse their customer service on phone is poor as well rude I will be contacting BBB ABOUT THIS .
I called customer service a year ago to purchase replacement valves for my sippy cups. They told me they would send them to me free, but they were out of stock and would add me to a list to ship when they become available. After six months I didn't receive them and called again, got added to the list again. Six months later I called again. (After a year now) I was finally told they were in stock and I would receive a shipment in 10-14 days. I never received them. After waiting a month I reached out again asking for tracking as I haven't received them and was told due to the holidays there was a delay and I would receive them by the start of the next week. It's been two weeks since then (six weeks since I was told they would be sent) and I have not received them. At this point I have no valves left and all 9 of my cups (which are in good condition except valves) are trash since you cannot buy the valves elsewhere.
Gro Clock LED lights failed & not fixed. I bought a Gro Clock and the LED lights have failed so I can't see the menu or change any settings. I contacted support but they said they won't fix it which is very disappointing.Yes the clock was out of warranty, but I think the 2 year warranty is short given a parent is likely to use it for more than 2 years while their child needs help falling asleep & waking up. Seems like the only option is to buy more than 1 clock for the period of time you'd need it. Given this I wouldn't recommend it to other parent friends anymore.
I reached out to the company to ask when they would be taking new orders since I needed to order some pacifiers for my son (he only likes ONE kind) I told them I've been searching Walmart, target, Burlington, Ross etc but no one seems to carry them. I do not have Amazon which I told them that and I just wanted to know when they would be accepting orders they then proceed to tell me look at Walmart and Amazon all the stores that sell their merchandise. Also when I replied I got the same message just different wording, you can definitely tell whomever didn't have great customer service. My son loves his special pacifiers but since my encounter with Tommee Tippee I have been trying to get him to like other brands. I gave a two star because at least they replied!
