This is my 3rd ebike. My first two were Trek. My latest Trek has 8,000 miles and I wasn’t planning to replace until I hit 10,000.However, I saw the Gazelle and liked the new Bosch system with the gears in the hub and shifting by turning the grip. What a game changer, love the silent shifting! The bike overall is well designed and at least comparable to my Trek. Great bike, highly recommend!

I greatly appreciated Tommee Tippee (TT) Customer Service Agent, Dee. He resolved my 2 straw cups replacement, which I only received 1 instead of 2 cups.Dee apologised with explanation of missed packed! Also, he has sent another replacement with express shipping to me. My wife and I both just got the Avignon C380. We love the Bosch system and especially the internal CVT transmission. It's so smooth and quiet and easy to shift. The other features we really like are the belt drive, integrated lights, adjustable handlebars, the fact there is no derailer. It just has everything we wanted in an upright comfort bike. This bike is the Cadillac of all bikes!
