Follow up customer service (FIVE STARS)

I purchased an AirMini travel CPAP machine from Shop.ResMed.com a little over a year ago and I was in need of some follow up customer service, so that I could get the past 12 months' reports for my sleep tracking. Michael (the customer service rep with whom I spoke on the phone) was a true rock star in walking me through everything to start up the process towards getting a user account set up for me, so that I can get my data.Because my local pharmacy/respiratory therapist could not get an AirMini for me (and, I later found out, has no ability to download the data from my AirMini), I purchased the unit directly from the online ResMed Shop.Because of Michael's outstanding customer service, I am likely going to move all of my CPAP prescription info over to the online shop and star buying replacement supplies from the online shop, once my contract with my local pharmacy/respiratory therapist expires.I am waiting on correspondence from the respiratory therapist with the Shop.ResMed.com online shop, so that I can download and print my data; but, if that department is even half as good as the help I got from Michael, then, I suspect I'll have everything I need by this evening.Thank You Michael for taking charge and for getting things done!
