I needed storage lids for the bottles since i use them to store pumped breast milk sometimes. and customer service was very helpful in assisting me since i didn’t see anything for just lids on the website. they were able to send me out some lids. i can’t wait to use them!
The customer service is amazing! Just asked if I can get breastpump replacement parts and the part I needed. Sophie did a great job and was really helpful. They are sending me the parts and it will be shipped to me and I will receive it in 2 to 7 business days.

I tried several brands and styles and couldn't be happier with my Gazelle. The T9 feels zippy, light, and all-around fun. It makes me happy to run errands and is the cutest bike ever!

The associate I worked with, Dee, was helpful and kind, and spoke clearly. I really appreciated sensing she cared about resolving the issue. I love this product and needed a replacement part.
