I book the Ticket from Toronto to Madurai, Luggage allowed 2*23 kgs allowed up to Bengaluru. Then from Bengaluru to Madurai Allowed only 15Kgs(1bag). I can not carry my luggage from Bengaluru to madurai. It should be Luggage allowance should me same through out journey. I feel very bad after ticket booking. It is like cheating like showing low price when booking. My Booking Number is BCA-8597761.
I went from Calgary Alberta to Seattle on Saturday September the 13th with WestJet they said they had a difficult time finding my flight itinerary and when I went to return from Seattle back to Calgary with Alaska Air, they said that they couldn't find any flight itinerary at all and wouldn't allow me to board their airline. I had to spend $900 with Air Canada to fly back to Calgary. I have airline insurance with you guys, I want to be compensated for my Air Canada ticket. You guys completely ruined my entire weekend, I'll never use your service again
I was charged a check in fee of $25 at the gate by Flair because they said I didn't checkin digitally. The agent said that because I booked through a 3rd party I did not receive a checkin notification email. They would not allow me to proceed without paying this fee.
