The idea that you control everything making me go through your portal … MAKING me create an account I do not want with your company to access my tickets and flight info … you start off by tell me my tickets may not be ready for yo to 4 days when I was flying in 3 … stress … you need to rethink your business practices… simply email me my tickets when I purchase them … make it straight forward … not this thing you have now !
