Review Time
I booked for a Cebu Pacific flight for Nov. 5, 2025 from Osaka to Manila. I picked the 4-hour non-stop 7 PM flight but after payment, what showed was an 8:55 AM flight with one layover and total travel time of 9 hours and 30 minutes! Within a minute of seeing this, I immediately contacted BudgetAir thru chat since there is no phone Customer Care access and I was told by the person on the other end of the chat that I cannot change or cancel it wihout a fee. That is ridiculous! I hope BudgetAir can make amend by refunding me what I paid for.
This was rhe first time ever using Bugetair.com to book a family trip/vacation. Everything went pretty smooth except the site didnt give me the optio. To add a wheelchair for my Mom and my Son that just had hip surgery. The other was that I couldn't enter my KTN. Other than these two issues it went smooth.
Guess who's flying Hawaii round trip from Seattle in January (peak season!) for $280!? Thanks to Budget Air, I saved nearly $1000 on flights! Booking was such an easy experience. I actually had a mistake a happen with the baggage selection and Budget Air refunded me immediately as soon as they saw the mistake. I love that despite being a budget option they really do care about their customers and didn't hesitate to make this an amazing experience for me! I'll keep using Budget Air!
