Ordered a dryer heater for a Kenmore Elite, received one for an LG. They were not compatible. One had two leads, the other had 1. I filed on the website. No response. A week later I checked, the case was closed. I opened another... same story. So I used a different address, twice.. no response. Somewhere on their pages it says if they ship the wrong items, they send you a label to return it. NOTHING... NO word, NO communication. Filed with the BBB

I really cannot put this on the company. I would have to put it on the U.S. postal service. I ordered the part which told 5 to 7 days delivery. Well it was to be here January 26. It will be January 30 and no part yet and no response or communication from USPS as to where it is. January 26 says in Indianapolis and next day says in transit but no communication after. Sorry but I cannot give a good review on something I don't have.
I ordered a part with rush delivery that I paid $20 for. 8 days later and the part is still not here. Shipper did not ship it out when they were supposed to and tried to blame the weather...in Arizona. I contacted customer service and they refused to even contact FedEx to refund the shipping cost. They also refused to cancel the order, even though it didn't even seem that the part had been shipped. Avoid buying anything from this company. Rush shipping is a joke.
I ordered the part on 1-17-26 and when I got to the check out page, I purchased the $19 1-3 day shipping option because I needed the part fast. The company advertised "Fast Shipping." Fedex was advertised on the website as a shipper and I don't mind paying shipping on something I need quickly. However, I received an email several days later that it shipped USPS. I tried to make contact immediately - multiple emails and left a voice message - to get someone to contact me. No luck so far. No return phone calls and no email back.USPS cannot get anything delivered in 1-3 days. As of 1-26-26, the part has still not arrived and I have been unable to make contact with anyone, as I would like to know how to return the part once it arrives for a full refund.
