Only because 0 stars isn’t an option. Paid expedited shipping charge for 2 day shipping but after 7 days it was still not shipped. Sent 2 emails and no reply and no phone number to reach anyone to cancel. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to spending my money with them. No Customer focus with this company at all.
Ordered part next day got email saying it shipped with tracking # every time I tracked it says label created will up date when they receive it week went buy sent email looking for part no response just got notification from pay pal that order was refunded still no email even to tell me they were refunding money so I could order from another vender glad I got my refund atleast but no communication
Not sure what all the complaints I read are all about. I ordered the heating element for my dryer a few days before Christmas and it arrived on time despite the holiday. In fact I emailed a question to them on Christmas day and they responded within a few hours. The package arrived the next day containing the correct part which was well packaged. I feel reviews are left by the few disgruntled customers and the vast majority who are well served don't bother.
ePartsfast has the lowest prices and delivers items quicker than anyone else. Their customer service is the very Best, I will always order from parts from them rather than anyone else. Thank you ePartsfast for being a trustworthy and caring company.
Wish I had been aware of the reviews before I ordered a dryer coil. I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 day delivery) and its now day 7. Sent an email without reply. This organization is a sham. I strongly do NOT recommend this firm. I am also putting a complaint into BBB. Such a shame. I am not confident in this organization at all.
Original Message: They delivered the wrong parts. I emailed and they said return it...Wait, I have to pay return shipping AND a 25% restocking fee? I'm not even sure they will reimburse me. Just shipped back this morning and will wait wait and see but not taking any chances, I already put in a complaint to BBB and my credit card company. Anyway, I emailed 2 more times, no response. Like so many others have said in these reviews, Do NOT do business with this company. They are shady and have no customer service representatives to help. No one! No phone number either! Are you kidding me?!!! Parts received were not only incorrect but do not even resemble what I ordered! EDIT: They got back to me finally via email once again and tell me they refunded $39.95 but I will not be charged the 25% restocking fee. But the cost was $56.95! SO a partial refund!? And still I'm out the $10 return shipping and so no help there.I sent a complaint to my credit card company and they found in my favor returned the rest of my money (less the return shipping which I ended up eating). My advise, stay way from eparts.com. Second, check out their BBB reviews and BBB rating (F-rating).
